Some fighters are ALL offense.Once you get them on the defense,they wilt.Brock is an example,Tito is another.Notice Tito came out hard until he got hit.Once he got hit,he slowed down.GREAT fighters get better under pressure.Jake Shields was gassed but won on heart.When he got rocked by Kampman,he didnt curl up into a ball.No,he shot in on Kampman and kept pressure until he kept his head.You can't teach that.

seriously, people bringing up the sickness bullshit need to just stop.

lesnars problem is that he never got punched in the mouth until a couple years ago. knowing how to react to another man hitting you is something that you develop over years, not something you just learn training a couple hours a day with other wrestlers etc.

that fight was amazing and im glad i was proven incorrect.

It's probably less a matter of Brock not wanting to get hit (who does?) but he's vulnerable in striking and in his last two fights, he's gotten rocked by the two hardest punchers in the division.
He concentrates on his boxing and keeps working in those kneestrikes, he'll be back on top.

Brock left WWE just as he was supposed to go on the road and put Taker over. It always looked suspicious to wrestlers and insiders that as long as he was dominating, Brock was good but when it was his turn to do jobs, he discovered he wanted to do something else.
This was work but I'm thinking they've been in some type of negotiation with Brock for Mania. No way the Undertaker says some shit like that to Brock without there being something to suggest it might go down.

Brock and Cain are both great fighters, on a world class level. There aren't three people in the world that can beat Brock. He will be back.

No HW Champ holds the belt for more than a couple of fights. Cain has a tough job in holding the belt, and meeting expectations and pressure.

Brock and Cain will both pull $3mil+ in the rematch. If Brock takes it, the rubber match will be even bigger.

And as for the UFC, this is probably the BEST possible growth and money making scenario. Win win win.

And Brock will be back, and will hold the belt again. Believe it.

Brock holding the belt is the best case for the UFC. He is clearly the biggest PPV draw. Plus Cain has no personality. Homie couldn't even celebrate good.
