Dem Olympics with the young bulls got yo body fucked up. Gotta humble yourself, or your body will do it for you.

Remember, you are bigger than your ego, not the other way around.

...throwing branches? :smh:

Have you tried using an inversion table? If so, what were your results?

I just hang off the edge of my bed since i don't have an inversion table. It really helps me with the sciatica pain. I can feel the tension release in my lower back when i do that first stretch.

You can also decompress your back by hanging off a high pull up bar and relaxing the rest of your lowet body.

Yes, they work. Hanging off the bed with a pillow under your pelvis also helps.
I just tried it, I felt it a little. I dont think my bed is high enough.

I have an inversion table, I need to use it more. It makes my feet go to sleep

Update

I just tried sitting up and fully stretching my legs. Lots of pain. MRI scheduled for Tuesday sciatica and knee. I was told that I will need physical therapy.

I did not realize that I was this fucked up.

Coulda sworn i told you this 3 pages ago.. It will NOT go away on its own.
Stop crying like a bitch. I love seeing you niggas who age shame me over the years suffer. Couldn't happen to a better guy.

I had the same ailment.. Took nearly a year to get right. Was popping cyclobenzaprine like Skittles. Do them exercises they recommend on the paperwork and take your ass to therapy. May have to drop a few pounds to help relieve some of that pressure too.

And did I say stop crying like a bitch!!?

Oh, and amajorfucup never pissed in no bag.

What kind of exercises did you do
They gave me a packet of exercises and stretches to perform. It was like a pamphlet of illustrated characters doing various positions and motions.. I remember one of the most effective ones being a position where you do a lunge like stance against the wall.. Almost as if you wear pushing the wall away from you... Hands against wall, Front leg bent and back leg straight.. and then alternate. That was good for stretching quads, hams, and back..

Took a little time off but worked thru it. Meds were helpful. But having to do 3 flights a day woulda been a bit much initially. Interested to see what the knee reveals. Wouldnt be surprised if you have a bad ligament sprain as well.

Thanks, this social distancing might save me.

I wanted to buy my son a car for his birthday but most colleges don’t let freshmen have a car. That’s why I got the basketball goal instead. He’ll be a high school senior this fall.
why would the college have to know he has a car?

How are yall hanging off the bed without falling off that bitch?

My mattress is medium firm, gotta extend your arms out to touch the floor. I do that stretch in the morning and evening and it helped me alot along with hanging off a pullup bar while barley touching the ground with my toes.

BGOL fam, what's happening? Man, after reading horror stories, etc. I started walking 3 days ago. I even drove home from an MRI appointment yesterday. No bullshit, I cried when I walked down my stairs yesterday. I hadn't seen my house in so long.

Thanks for the support and laughs.

3 weeks later. I’m regularly walking 10k steps. Until yesterday, I could only take one stair at a time. I’m almost fully back. Sometimes my leg gets tired and I have to rest.

I bought a tens machine that helped immensely. Also used hemp or cbd cream.

generally no more drugs.

I’ve lost about 30 pounds since this trauma. All I do is work from home, work out, and work around the house. Sweets only one day a week.

I’m averaging about 4500 calories a day and 12,000 steps.

Nice.....

The best for legs is bike riding...

You got a stationary bike in your Spanish castle?

Keeps the knees tight and ready as

We mature
