Man, not having a real plot on the show means that there's way too many characters to keep up with. Shit is exhausting. Not to mention some of the ridiculousness going on.

Man, wtf is going on in this show. Almost forgot about da brat being in an earlier season. The plot armor for Douda is out of control.
On the one hand, much like Issa Rae, I'm rooting for everyone black and I support employment opportunities for black folks. On the other hand, this shit has become a chore to watch and it jumped the shark a long time ago. I thought this 2-part season would be a great time for them to gracefully tap out, but somehow they got renewed for another season. This shit is beyond trash, it's not even soapy trash like Empire, it's just dumb. I've seen more interesting storytelling on Tubi.
The writing is all over the place, the kids have outlived their cuteness so the bad acting stands out (here's looking at you, Papa), they're just shoehorning in more gay shit just for the hell of it, this shit is devolving into a Master P production just random celebrity cameos for pure vanity's sake.

The one thing I will say is that Jake's dialogue this season is unintentionally funny as fuck.
