This! You know your lifting mane! Also you’ll notice his back is flat and he never pushed his stomach up, that’s core strength. A lot of dudes who lift don’t mess with that flat bench because their core is weak. And the worst bench, that incline bench. I’ve seen big dudes get hung and stuck on that mf with low weight. I did too years ago. I was repping it out and went down and came half way up and froze. I held it and told a white dude “ hey, can you get it up off me bro?”
