Hell yeah. Pushups can help build some crazy stamina and diamond pushups have been shown on EMG to recruit the triceps a lot. As you already know, triceps are the bench.
My man trying to put up combine numbers. 225x25-30. Get him on some weighted dips to blow up triceps along with diamond. I ain't talking hanging one 45 pound weight either. Some inclines for if he misgroove, his upper chest/shoulders won't have no problem bailing him out.

I can bench press 225 for 12 reps cold at a time, can anyone provide system for increasing that to 315. Keep in mind I'm also 50 years old I'm not trying to fuck my joints up.

Haven't taken it in a while but when I was I would do 4 months on, 4 months off actually. When I 1st used it in my early 20's I would do 6 months on, 6 months off. Bench press went up to 550lbs. Squat was 600lbs bruh.This is true and I drink too much water anyways.
