Hell yeah. Pushups can help build some crazy stamina and diamond pushups have been shown on EMG to recruit the triceps a lot. As you already know, triceps are the bench.

My man trying to put up combine numbers. 225x25-30. Get him on some weighted dips to blow up triceps along with diamond. I ain't talking hanging one 45 pound weight either. Some inclines for if he misgroove, his upper chest/shoulders won't have no problem bailing him out.

I do 1000 pushups every Sunday and Tuesday to go with my jump-rope routine.

As I mentioned over the years, speed kills. You blow 315 out the hole for quick reps, you getting strong as shit. It's science fact that trying to move a weight as fast as possible murders slow, methodical reps when it comes to producing power, strength, and fiber recruitment.

I think the difference is some people train just to look like the train while some train to rip humans apart if need be. :roflmao2:

By March im gonna try to get up to 1500 by adding more push-ups in the round. I get a major pump after finishing that workout.

Sunday/Tues i do that. Mondays are deadlifts, squats and romainian deadlifts with either hiit after or elliptical. Wednesday are back, hiit and finish off with 75 burpees and 50 Pullups. Thursday's i do a full boxing workout
 
I can bench press 225 for 12 reps cold at a time, can anyone provide system for increasing that to 315. Keep in mind I'm also 50 years old I'm not trying to fuck my joints up.

No need to go super-heavy if you're worried about your age being a limitation.
Keep those joints healthy by focusing on quality reps and maximizing on different variations like pyramids, bands, chains, pauses, etc.

just need clarification. I keep hearing things about how bad creatine is for you, but the gains you'll get.

If you talk some doctors they’ll tell you gratin e isn’t bad for you at all. I line using creatine it definitely helps. You can take both creatine and protein shakes. Just make sure your protein has some BCAA’s.

AND DRINK 3 TIMES AS MUCH WATER WHEN CYCLING CREATINE AS WELL. That's why Killa said it can fuck up your kidneys and liver. Gotta drink more water when using it. And cycle it too. It's not something to use constantly for long periods of time. 3 months, 4 months on, 3 , 4 months off. Do it that way and you'll be fine and see the immense results in overall power and strength.

Haven't taken it in a while but when I was I would do 4 months on, 4 months off actually. When I 1st used it in my early 20's I would do 6 months on, 6 months off. Bench press went up to 550lbs. Squat was 600lbs bruh. :yes: I was naturally as strong as a Justice League Member. :yes:
