Shits bananas. Over 290 now and just started squatting. It's going to be a crazy summer. Beast by the lake time up here in Ohio. Just need my CNS back to get these numbers back up. Hope these squats don't fuck up my chance of cutting back for the 275 class. Trying to do a comp this fall.

Yeah man, going all natural. Bench only for any powerlifting comp this fall. Although I'm natural, I've been seriously abusing the fuck out of HMB(2 grams ever 2.5-3 hours and 4 post workout and before bed).

Shit has me with more muscle than I've ever had. No way should I be making these gains over 40 without gear. Squats will push me past 300 easy. No wonder why that HMB shit was putting muscle weight on aids/cancer patients. People just don't take enough and at the right times and they train wrong.

Fucked my shit up at 18. Move your hands in. Stay tight. Pause reps can help avoid improper form that causes shoulders injuries. Flaring out elbows fucks you up.

Early 40s. Man. Cats out here setting records in their 50s. Seems the game changed. My problems was I forgot I'm old as shit. Supplements aren't optional anymore. They're a must for us. Made a huge difference for me. I actually dialed it back with training because I was getting too strong too fast.

You can get that strength back and then some. Just have to adjust nutrition/supps for age.

Metabolite of Leucine. It's an anti-catabolic, while it's parent Leucine has a more anabolic effect. Only works for advanced athletes if you dieting and/or putting your body through hell. Cats who just train basic and take like 3 grams per day don't see shit unless they newbies. Blood levels peak in an hour, 2.5 hour half-life, so dose accordingly for max results.

Thanks for the explanation. I stick to all natural supplements such as maca, reishi mushroom, and fenugreek for strength gains. Although the chemical-based products have amazing effects, I have yet to explore that arena.

He wouldn't need to do full range of motion because how far his hands were stretched out was good enough and actually is harder to do because he's keeping all of that tention close on his chest/shoulder and whatever else flat benching works out.
