All gym heads..check in..Killa is the strongest on board

Ya'll negros need to listen to @killagram I am back down to 295-300lb solid in about 3 months. I was damn near 350. His suggestion and intermittent fasting got me back to straight beast mode. I mean kill a ninja with my bare hands mode. At 50 my waist is a 39 and I haven't been working out that hard.
This the fucking thread got me back working out hardcore and I ain't turn back since. Lit that fucking fire. 315 standing OHP or I"m going to die trying.

i fuck with complex but he's bugging, moving that shit any kinda way is pretty kool

then it was free weights....

i did it 5 times using the planet fitness setup....

kills don't know if your the strongest on here, but you got major props from me

Yea I’d say he is the strongest.
He wouldn't need to do full range of motion because how far his hands were stretched out was good enough and actually is harder to do because he's keeping all of that tention close on his chest/shoulder and whatever else flat benching works out.

This! You know your lifting mane! Also you’ll notice his back is flat and he never pushed his stomach up, that’s core strength. A lot of dudes who lift don’t mess with that flat bench because their core is weak. And the worst bench, that incline bench. I’ve seen big dudes get hung and stuck on that mf with low weight. I did too years ago. I was repping it out and went down and came half way up and froze. I held it and told a white dude “ hey, can you get it up off me bro?” :rolleyes2:

That’s a lot of weight! I used to do 225 on that too. I got into the 1000+ club down range. 334 bench, 333 squat plus 335 deadlift, What website you load your video to?

Used to throw 315 like nothing. Y'all niggas sawft!

Then my ligaments in my shoulders had something to say...

Can barely do 25 pushups now. Protect your bodies, gentlemen

I was feeling like a lone wolf. After 10yrs, I've been 5 months shoulder pain free. I had to stop lifting a few years ago. Had to go to the emergency room a few times for my back a few times. Dealing joint stiffness and pain. I use to leg press 600-700 lbs for 25 reps easily, bench in the 300s. Ligaments and body is feeling that shit now.

I counted 2 reps!

:gun03:
LOL.
Real talk though thats a damn good rep count you got for that amount of weight.
I do 2 sets of 6 to 8 reps with 315 on the incline bench then drop set the rest of my workout which consist of 6 working sets. I don't add the warmup sets to that total.

Lmao...still good dam weight...noone in my gym can do your lifts.. brah
