What does this have to do with this thread and FUCKYOU. No way does he fit that criteria. He needs to shed weight. Period. Dropping 8pounds and trying to cut will do nothing for him. He has too much stress on his body and joints and he needs to drop pounds. I was 257 with my gut hanging over my belt. Currently I'm 244. My BMI is around 14%. I only lost 13 lbs. My blood pressure was out of control and borderline diabetes.
Today I can run just about 6 miles and look a lot different. I took a year and half to get in shape. I looked at the scale maybe 4 times during my entire training. I just went by the mirror and my clothes. I'm not cut up but I'm in shape and happy with the results.

Now take FUCKYOU, he's been in the gym for what? No more than a year, muscle mass no where close to that and much more body fat but you still think "dropping weight is useless".
7-9-07 201lbs - Excercised none what so ever and was in denial about "being in shape" because everyone called me skinny...Gucci Mane was my idol at the time as well lol.

11-27-08 214lbs - I did body weight exercises here and there, mess with some 50lb dumbbells but that's it.

12-28-08 220+lbs - Just awful looking...Started developing titties. Signed up to a gym in 2-4-09.

9-10-09 195lbs - Cut out the fastfood, gatorade and orange juice binging from my diet.

1-7-10 183lbs - Month prior I started counting calories (1,800-2,300 per day) and weighing myself everyday. Yes I lost some muscle during this period only because I switched my fitness regimen to 15 minutes lifting followed by 45 minutes of cardio 6 days a week.
