i am in too.

i been fucking up major. i am still strong as hell but i been fucking up on the cardio and the eating. i will be in this thread everyday!

i am going to be tight by thanksgiving.

i hear u man. but i been lazy all summer. i used to be solid as hell. but eating too much and doing no cardio will destroy a waistline.

i am back to it. i never clicked on this thread. this was just the motivation i needed. got 8 minutes left in this game.

qft.

i gave up pop and ice cream a long time ago. then i slowly started fucking up early this year. now i am fucking up everyday. i know once the pop and ice cream is gone i will be straight.

this is my last day of fucking up. i know i am going to a rib joint and got to get rid of some stuff in the fridge today. after that i am good.

That's my goal too. I'm at 225 currently, down 5 in two weeks.

6' tall, and was 230lbs

Ultimately I want to be at 200, but ideally 185.

Went in for blood and urine work today. I know my Dr. will not be happy at all when I go for my appointment next week. :smh:

Type II Diabetes, and I haven't been working out or taking the damn pills lately. I really need to gt on my grind, especially with the resources BGOL provides.

Found out in 2007, and trust a lot has changed in my life since then.

235lbs might not be big, but I used to be a skinny cat that weighed maybe 170 soaking wet :smh:

Again I just need to focus, work out eat healthy, watch my portions and I'll be good. Easier said than done though.

As long as you got willpower, right now is the perfect time. Get the ball rolling now, and as long as you aren't the "I ate too much turkey, diet's over now" just keep rolling. then in January when everyone else is busting their ass because its three months to spring you are already half way there.

Even over the holidays, you can healthy choices in what you eat. Discipline and will power is all it takes!!!

I been fucking up real bad y'all. It started 2 weeks and 3 days ago.

Furnace broke so I had to replace it so I was mad as fuck and ate until I was happy.

Following day I woke up with a major toothache with no real sleep so I ate away to feel better.

3rd day decided to ingest some carbs for a week cuz I was pretty constipated from the lack of fiber.

Turned into a cheat week because of a birthday, Mom in Law baked a caked for 4 people that could easily fed 20...I didn't want to waste it so I ate half.

Which turned into two weeks of sloppy careless eating...Chicken tenders, french fries, grilled cheese, p n J sandwiches, pancakes, whole sweet potato and apple pies etc.

FUCK I really need to get back on it. I can feel fat building all around my obliques...

dude had me stepping my game up!
he quit smoking and is now back up to 180
he said all he wants to do is eat,now that he stopped smoking.
i feel bad for dude,because he goes hard in the gym,but hes like he just has uncontrollable craving to eat.

Truthfully, I have been more focused on building muscle than shedding fat. Still no where where I want to be but I have made progress. Compliments here n there and people asking for fitness advice.

I took JD Walkers advice of 2 weeks of heavy lifting (1-5 reps) and 2 weeks of light lifting (10-20 reps) with great muscle response.

Even with the amount of sugar I've been intaking, I've been keeping the fat in control with sprinting. My cardio is still ass tho.

i'm still trying to get this eating right thing down. i havent weighed myself recently, but i know i'm right track. im in the gym 6 days a week and i have so much energy now its crazy
