Well which training you think is gonna actually help you defend yourself in a real fight? One that only caters to solely using your fist or one that covers all aspects? People are coming more interested in MMA because of that reason alone.

because no one's gonna stand and trade with him ... nor should they ... that's not even intelligent ...
