Hey I’m not pointing the finger at Joe Biden for the incident in Texas I am actually pointing the finger at the Texas governor even though this is ice. There is some racist people in Texas in very racist people who work for ice. Ask for my original post statement the pandemic make people look at jobs differently and it’s not going back to normal unless they sweeten the potMaybe some folks rather not die for $10 an hour.
Maybe they looked at the black cashier from Maryland who died on the job and received a $20 check and thought there had to be another way.
Maybe Joe Biden can get those cowboys from the Texas border to come north and lasso us back to work.
I understand the situation on the border but stay on topicDoesn't matter, we hiring and there's an immigrant army at the border.

The red states mostly a few months ago stop most of the unemployment but yet they are still having problems finding Employees. Corporations are going to have to sweeten the pot a little bit because there is two major things going on right now…..one you have a lot of people retiring and two Covid has fucked up the employment process forever.Too many entitled folks out there that don't want to work hard and don't want to make the necessary self-investment to get better jobs. There are plenty of folks busting their asses for $20 an hour.
I guarantee you when the stimmy money, tax refund money, rent moratorium, and unemployment run out they'll be stepping over each other to get the jobs they're thumbing their noses at.
Folks want to make $50 60 thousand dollars a year with zero experience or education.
I have a saying if you can believe black people are sub-human you can probably believe anything. You can probably even believe capitalism and the market always finds its equilibrium.Arent the Trump supporters on here always calling people lazy and that they dont want to work because the democrats are giving them money?
It's only going to be men working those shit jobs. The bigger story isn't how many chicks getting rich off onlyfans, twitch, online simps, but it's how many are getting money similar to what they'd get working for $10-$20/hr without all the fucking hassle. The red states mostly a few months ago stop most of the unemployment but yet they are still having problems finding Employees. This is STILL funny to me! Motherfuckers said, "If you don't like it, leave! Go do something else!" Well, they did, and now you motherfuckers are mad!
Shit reminds me of when the former slaveowners wrote their former slaves after the Civil War, and asked them to "come back home" to help them rebuild their plantations. Those former slaves were likeThe elitist mind tells them those under them are to be seen with contempt and disposable/expendable. They want to give minimum compensation as legally possible for maximum output labor from the workers.
Check out the movie Buck and the Preacher with Sidney Poitier and Harry BelefonteShit reminds me of when the former slaveowners wrote their former slaves after the Civil War, and asked them to "come back home" to help them rebuild their plantations. Those former slaves were like.

Winter is coming for some dudes too
Hey in my situation and other people situations in Atlanta Biden Came in at the right time because I made a bunch of money between February and July because of him. Is he perfect no but is he 100 times better than Trump hell yeah. It's only going to be men working those shit jobs. The bigger story isn't how many chicks getting rich off onlyfans, twitch, online simps, but it's how many are getting money similar to what they'd get working for $10-$20/hr without all the fucking hassle.
Been saying it for years. Once you get used to telecommuting, ain't going back to commuting and dinosaur shit unless your home life is fucking trash. It's more than money. A good number of people are finding out about convenience and quality of life. COVID has rushed telecommuting for anyone with the skills to do so.
It's a shame that the 'take any job' rhetoric came from Biden first and the GOP governors took the ball and ran with it. Punk ass Biden couldn't even tell states to file lawsuits. Bernie Sanders had to push for the unemployed and got shot down every step of the way. Biden the piece of shit we knew he was. We all know GOP ain't shit,
They paying 15$ hr now in nyMaybe some folks rather not die for $10 an hour.

listen my neighbor works at this high end resterant in the burbs thats owned by the family that owns huntington bank..the owner ended upThe current corporate business model is to use you up for 3 years and then throw you down the nigga hole. Who the fuck is rushing back to that?
Everything right now is transitioning employers however have to sweeten the pot with the hourly pay rate because everything else in this country went up……my rent went up $160 this year and that’s on the low end (Thankfully). We are in a transition right now and will shall see how corporation respond to not being able to find enough workers.
Between outsourcing and automation (which was already happening).
Something tells me it won't be good for workers.
there going to be some real pain for just about everybody.
They paying 15$ hr now in ny
That sounds great but what I am saying is right now during this transition employees are in a holding pattern. If workers decide to stay out of work. Will corporations respond with "sweetening the pot" or move forward with les workers but more outsourcing and automation?Everything right now is transitioning employers however have to sweeten the pot with the hourly pay rate because everything else in this country went up……my rent went up $160 this year and that’s on the low end (Thankfully).

I see them moving towards the latter vs the former.
The thing is how many people will they need to do such task is the point. So where there might have been lets say 50 workers to do such task. Now there will only people lets say 10 people needed. Some spots will adjust with automation which they were already doing in most cases, but there are those jobs where you need human capital to accomplish the end goal.
One thing that pisses me off is stores where even during pre covid they got rid or moved workers to other areas and created more self checkout lines. Self checkout is cool at times when I have a couple of items, but when I have a bunch of shit I don't want to have to deal with that. Target up here started only opening 1 register early in the mornings on the weekends, but ended up having a bunch of folks clogging up the self checkout. I have no idea who'd dumbassed idea it was & it has nothing to do with staffing, a few of my lady's former students work there & we've talked to them on a few occasions. They say management thought that shit would work..lol
I look at the company that I work for our warehouse has a ton of automation, however there a bunch of stuff that machines just can't do at the moment.

Now you have 40 people unemployed or less openings for that job.
Naw...not only do corporations need those workers to make their products...they need them to be able to buy them too..That sounds great but what I am saying is right now during this transition employees are in a holding pattern. If workers decide to stay out of work. Will corporations respond with "sweetening the pot" or move forward with les workers but more outsourcing and automation?

You're missing the point. The point is corporations may respond by cuting the workforce needed as people continue to stay out of work. That is there most likely course of actions vs sweetening the pot. Let's remember corporations are about the bottomline and not about your well-being. So if they can cut a cost, they will. If they can increase value to their shareholders, they will.Even with that there are still other places hiring that require humans, so folks have to adjust and apply at other spots.
We are in a world economy. What product can't be made by a handful of people and automation?Naw...not only do corporations need those workers to make their products...they need them to be able to buy them too..
The new generation especially The new black generation needs to get heavily into electronics and computers because that is where the money is going to be made at in the near future……Correction “right now”We are in a world economy. What product can't be made by a handful of people and automation?
Do you remember the automobile plants full of workers?
They're automating shit everyday b...
Shit somebody had posted a automated cargo ship.
You have robots flipping burgers and serving alcoholic drinks.
There used to be large call center and warehouse full of people. Times have changed.
