Yet most states with a Republican governor have already complied. NPR's reporting found at least 27 states have already shared data on millions of people who receive benefits from the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, known as SNAP...

Okay, this happened late last night,
I'm confused,
What the hell did she do?

I looked it into it.

Trump has been fast tracking cases up to the SCOTUS since he has been in office as ‘Shadow Dockets”.

The ones prior were overseen by the 6 conservative Justices.

Justice Jackson is the first to go “Slow Your Roll Orange Moron” and allow the Appeals Court to look closely into the case.

We are seeing Justice play out like it’s supposed too, not how Trump is doing things.

We will wait and see what happens…in the meantime folks will have to suffer more unfortunately.

Okay, Blind dude clears it up below.
How does he get all this info that fast anyway?
Anyway, just think of the movie, "It's a Wonderful Life" but the scene in the bank
With both Trump and Ketanji playing 'Ol Man Potter :(
-------------
USDA had only $4.5 Billion
SNAP beneficiaries are due $10 Billion
Judge rules USDA have to pay that out
So, USDA starts dividing it up $4.5 Billion to all 50 states
Then starts to pay SOME of it out
BUT HOLD UP
THERE'S MORE
That judge now says, It's Thanksgiving
--- FULL PAY OUT TO EVERYONE
So the other states make a run for the USDA to get full payouts. (thanks to that Judge)
Which means those particular states get THE FULL PAY OUTS
Then 'Ol Man Potter steps in
That is Trump and Ketanji, who shut IT DOWN

SO in the end there are:
SOME STATES WITH - 50% SNAP pay outs
SOME STATES WITH - 100% SNAP pay outs (Arizona, Wisconsin, Kansas)
REMAINING STATES WITH - 0% SNAP pay outs (ran out of money due to the 100%)

Guess which states got nothing??????
RED STATES!!!

This move by Trump is supposed to fix this.
Take back the full amount given, (Arizona, California, Minnesota, Wisconsin)
then send that money to the RED states with 0%
But..
Those states aren't gonna give that money back.
