nobody questioning shaw as to why she's bloody & knocked out 2 members of the crew? forget about her abdomen being stapled and is up and running, you mean she forgot to tell the rest of the crew "hey guys i just gave birth to a fucking squid"?
so david was 'experimenting'? to what end? why would it make sense for the android to experiment with a substance that nobody has a clue about, with one of the key scientists trillions of miles from home?
It's weyland's money, mission, and ship, yet he pretends to be dead for a significant portion of the story
they're on a mission to an alien world to hopefully meet with alien creatures. yet as soon as they find alien bodies, (not living creatures, bodies) two of the scientists, turn pussy and want to leave. strangely though they get lost, even though the cavern is digitally mapped out, (the rest of them are not too concerned though) and when they do encounter a live alien life form, one of them tries to pet it, even though it seems obviously aggressive (which is something i would expect in a b horror flick).
traveling light years to a strange world to meet alien creatures, and money's no object? why not hire more than a few ex soldier mercs, hell why not outfit the ship with some heavy artillery?
the engineer's dna matches human 100% WTF??? and not one of those "scientists" question the accuracy of this? human beings do not match each other 100% (very close but not 100%) except for identical twins. so let me get this straight; an engineer "seeds" life on earth, the evolutionary process happens, and a billion or so years later humans come onto the scene, yet somehow we're 100% them?
sj wakes up, kills everyone in the room without saying hello, and shaw's brilliant plan is to go to their home planet by herself to do....?
but hey, maybe i have adhd and couldn't focus on the plot of the film
