Been drinking more water and prioritizing rest
315 on bench
Went all the way up to 60lbs on sitting chest cable flies
2x10 100 lb dumbbell press
1x8 110
1x5 120
Clean and jerk up to 185
Incline up to 1x5 225
Squat 315 with form and 90•angle
Single Leg press up to 5 reps with 3 plates on both sides
Then up to 5•7 plates
3 sets of 10 100 curl bar
Triceps pull down up to 132(start at 99)
Shoulder press rack 2 plates on each side 3 sets of 10
Finished with leg curls and extension
1 set of pull ups and 1 set of dips until exhaustion
Then ran a mile followed by tire swings with sledgehammer

Today’s workout
Half mile run with 50lb vest
100 push ups (different variations)5 sets of 20
3 sets of 20 weight vest curls
3 sets of 20 ohp with my 100lb heavy bag
3 sets of 20 kettlebell swings (35lb)
3 sets of 10 lunges/squat with vest on and bag on my back
Then death by tire and sledgehammer

That’s exactly what jokers be saying to themselves

I said the last line today at rhe gym. What a shit workout. Started off strong but lost motivation at the end. Incline press beat me up today.
 
Played semi pro football yesterday
Started at o line and gave some help on defensive line
We won 22-0 and I didn’t give up any sacks and had one tackle
The other team (from Mississippi) didn’t believe that I was 45
