If you want Black, white, Asian and South American, Queens is where it's at ... and they are not tourists as they live there.

For Africans from all parts, Harlem has it down packed Bronx also has popluation from Ghana and a few other countries as well, more so than Queens, but not like Harlem.

Brooklyn has certain spots that are very diverse and SI is starting to build a large Eastern Europen population.

But as far as boroughs, Queens remains the best for women and reasonably priced international foods (kind of a package deal).
