I confess that my ex stopped by after work to talk....we do this every so often cause we work for the same corp but different positions

I confess that '09 has been a great one so far, but I have given myself a 1 year deadline to make even more shit happen. This 9-5 shit is not for me. It's time to take some of the momentum I have gained this year and make '10 and beyond even better. Shit, I'll be 30 in January. Age 29 has been more than I could have imagined to this point and we still have a few months left in this year. After this week I hope to get everything that's hanging over my head at the moment taken care of. Looking to the future I'll say that 30 and up should be exponentially better...

LoneStar29, don't let the assholes on this board run you off. You do that and you have given them a victory. There are some good folks on this board. You just have to sift through the junk, like we all do.

I'm just getting really tired of all the bickering and arguing and name-calling ... believe it or not I really don't like to do those things ... I just have alot of pride and I get real defensive when I think people are attacking me and that is why I act like that on here ... I'm not even like that in real life cuz people in real life don't talk to me how the people on here do

I want to have mature discussions with men where we can each state our points and try to work from there ... BGOL is not like that so there is no reason to further aggrevate myself and the men on here ... my voice just seems to always make the threads worse so I'm gonna lay off and let them work it out themselves or with the ladies they get better along with

I feel you, i used to get heated when people would say really stupid or offensive things and i just gave up because i know its the internet and being anonymous seems to bring out the worst in people. There are way too many people who come to troll or act any way they please for attention. Some people on here are straight assholes and some people are here just to act the fool for attention. You can't fight people like that its a lose lose.

If you want to know what us men think or what ever ask us there are alot of intelligent dudes here granted we are on a porn board but you know what i mean lol

Just remember intelligent discussion + BGOL does not mix for the most part :dunno:

That I don't visit BGOL for porn;

That I visit BGOL for information, knowledge, and insight on the character of people;

That I like to disturb the mundane patterns of habitual thought and action;

That at times, I must view time as nothing more than a man-made measure of the intangible and I shouldn't stress it;

That many members of the board are ignorant and nothing can change that;

That there used to be a plethora of good movies out to see at the theatre;

That the GI Joe movie should have come out years ago because I have since forgotten the majority of its stories and characters, and now I'm too mature to care;

It's great that your building momentum to accomplish things you have your heart/mind to. ... I feel that many things i hope to accomplish are still farther than i would like, 2009 flew by. I so agree with you, this 9-5 ish is for the birds!!


30 is a scary number ... for me at least
