SexyS maybe get your blood sugar and electrolytes checked homey.
If you recently had blood work, ask them if your A1C score was cool. Also if you are on some new meds that might do it. Your pharmacist should be able to help you out with that info.

Grabbed some more audio books today. I'm gonna download some later and listen to at least one tonight. The ones from last night made some great points and I can already feel a change in my focus and thoughts. That's what's up.
I'll listen to the ones I first posted again, especially the second one. There are some writing exercises he wanted people to do that I didn't last night because I was just listening. So, next time I'll have a pen and some paper and write down what he suggested.
