Did you start reading One Piece from the beginning or did you skip some volumes? I can't help but to look forward to this shit once a week. Ace had better be dead as well. I don't think Eiichiro Oda is gonna take a page from Naruto & pull a Shinra Tensei reset (which I still think was total BS btw), b/c if he does... I will really will be pissed.

Aww man... you need to see it from the beginning. You develop more of a feel for the characters & what they went through when shit goes well for them... especially when everything seemingly goes wrong. Right before Luffy met Boa Hancock, his crew took one of their worst losses. Luffy was actually crying & looked as if he was about to have mind break as he saw each one of his crew get defeated & he was powerless to do anything. Then he himself was sent flying to Amazon Island or whatever that island's name is. One of the best arcs was where Zoro got that huge ass scar across his chest... & guess who gave it to him? Took him a loooong ass time to fully recover from it too.

I believe he transfered the hokyoku to Rukia when he gave her the reatsu sucking gigai, and thats when aizen noticed when her reastu dissapeared
