Lakers have to win this finals for kobes legacy

Re: fakers have to win this finals

I didn't sleep on shaq, just saying if that argument should be used for kobe why not shaq with out the great guards? Also wade carried shaq that year for the title, not saying they would have won without shaq and this is coming from a kobe fan

damn y'all just create obstacle for kobe

did jordan ever win without phil jackson as coach ? no

why should kobe have to ?

yo fam jordan was the fucking coach for the bull phill could tell jordan sjit he had to ask jordan what he was gonna do to take over the game man...real team leader playa.

Re: fakers have to win this finals

You don't know the history of this sports board. I've been saying that since the Lakers LAST championship

How many years ago was that?

Get it now?

hate having to explain EVERYTHING

Re: fakers have to win this finals

don't bitch up on me :smh:

wtf r u talking about?? Or rather should I ask...wtf is wrong with you??

This ain't about U, this is about my comment earlier in this very thread about Phil Jackson's legacy.
I was actually AGREEING with the statement, because anyone who frequents THIS board knows, I've been saying that about Jordan, Jackson (and even SHAQ) since they won their FIRST title years ago. But you come here looking for a fight so badly, that I guess you don't even wanna understand that. Your prerogative, but this is the SPORTS board, where MOST of us kick it about SPORTS. Save that "bitch" shit for the children on the main board. Im not impressed. Ain't got time for that bullshit

I will personally drive up to Boston this weekend and kick Doc Rivers in the nuts if the Celtics stop going into the post. The Lakers front 3 can't contain them.

rollie,

how the hell did you know that 1 selfish euro chucker was going to jack up 26 shots when all the other fakers starters were shooting 50% or better?

you got some kinda damn crystal ball, man?

Oh, you mean the facade of Kobe sharing the ball and being more efficient and sharing? Because what I saw was him shooting his team out of the game..

If Cassell didn't try to hi-jack the offense, the lead would have been much larger. But going back to what I said, you can't go zone against the triangle. The Celtics played man for the most part and won.

i'm taking my BGOL donations back. HNIC gotta do something about the pest control up in here.

these fucking crickets are deafening!

Did anyone notice Kobe going against Paul pierce on Defense or vice versa?? .

Word...And what made it so bad was that you KNEW that he was going to do that in the 2nd half...That bullshit about "deferring" to his teammates in the first half was straight bogus. He couldn't do jack in the 1st half...Fisher was ballin the Celtics out of the water, son...

How about Fish having the 3rd highest FG% in Finals history  ?

Phony took them out of the game AGAIN by shooting jump shots throughout the 2nd half. If I'm not mistaken, Pau Gasol had three points in the 2nd half and Odom had six points...how do you go away from what was working in the 1st half?! :smh:

Keep doing that and the Celtics will win the series...easily.

That pissed me off. The Lakers are in the penalty and you settle for jump shots.

The Celtics can't afford to lose Game 2.

Whats that thing where Phil Jackson wins the 1st game of a series, hes 42-1 or something... I wonder what Phil Jackson's record is when he loses the 1st game of a series.

Posey, Posey and more Posey.

Did anyone hear Van Gundy call out Kobe on his defense?

Shoot Kobe Shoot!!!!!

Game 2 should be interesting.

 I just responded to your post on BGOL about that.

If anyone paid attention to Wobe down the stretch, he was playing SHOOK. Looked like he had fear in his eyes. His play showed it was well as he was out of position on D, late with closing out on Pierce, who was able to knock down a couple of 3's, and he was sloppy with his ball handling... AND threw up a few airballs.

I will give him credit for not bitching to the officials, like he normally does, when things don't go his way. He must be near the playoffs technical limit

It's only 1 game. Let's see if/when Kobe has a good game, if all this talk surfaces. People cant really be surprised that the Pistons won this game. I know I wasn't. I felt they would win it actually. The game shouldnt have even been that close. I hope Pierce is good to go next game.

one down, three to go!

Talks a good load of shit to appear mentally tough, but just not enough to lead to a Championship!

You (we) witnessed mental toughness last night!

I saw that response:lol::lol:

To your point about Kobe...

I did see...should I say...FEAR.....

He will bounce back for sure.

Lets see if the Celtics can score when the game becomes more free flowing(meaning the officials start giving Kobe more calls) in LA.

Tim, you are by far my favorite Laker fan

You speak truth when you say the Celtics should have won.

The D in the East is far different from the West.

Takes a game or two to adjust.

Phil is not out of tricks yet.

If bynum was Healthy, would he have given lakers a chance to win last night ???

Probably not. It's hard to tell where he would have been if healthy, but he probably would have had guarded K.G. and gotten the same result.

I will be interested to see him play next year in that lineup.

at the start of game 3:
2 DOWN, 2 TO GO!

I'm thinking of a word, starts with an S

S-_-_-_-_
see y'all after game 3!

The only way to end this season properly is to win the title at home in The Gaahden!
so the Cs had to let 'em win one.
-it's all just part of the plan, my man!
SQAID!
