CAC will gladly sell you pretty much anything you want or partner with you in business if you can make them money.
The difference is that CAC will Reinvest back into their people by making sure they have CAC’s in important places, like congress, law enforcement, judges and law makers to insure they always have an advantage.

I understand contracts. Jay signed a 360 deal in 2008 and was complete in 2018. Jay has a new 10 year deal with Live nation for touring only. They will remain partners in Roc Nation.Folks don't understand that Jay is signed to Live Nation. They think he does what he wants.
