hell yea. I stop fucking with weights in March. I've drop 31 pounds since doing bar work and running stairs 6 days a week. Dropped 5% body fat too.

I just started watching these kats on the tube and got hooked. My bar work is no where near these kats but I am using a 20 lb weight vest now. I love the shit big time. True functional fat burning strength. :yes:

Everyone of my workouts start with 100 pull ups in two sets and that has taken my body to ridiculous levels

I've been doing the hundredpushups.com routine and have already noticed a lot of changes in the past three weeks, especially in my triceps. But I'm looking for some body-weight exercise that will target my biceps and chest as well.

I think it was the Bartendaz who had a nutrition plan and they were talking about coming out with their own water. But you're right, you can't eat pizza puff's all day and just go hit the bar.

honestly dawg when I started I was benching 320 but couldnt do 1 pull up :smh:

I bought a good home chin up bar that goes in the door way like u see on p90 x. I started with sets of 1. Then got to sets of 3. Maybe 3 or 4 sets of 3.

I would sometimes just hold myself up there and come down slowly. I iced my arms and made sure I rested in between chin work outs. I actually stop going to the gym and focused on bar work

Fast forward 2.5 months later I'm using a 20 weight vest while doing bar work. Without the vest I can do 12-15 pull ups. Still working on my chin up game - which I can do 10

But now I'm doing other crazy shit like flips on the bar and feeling like a kid again. My frame is getting small and cut. So I highly recommend it. I have to literally stop myself from going out to the park every day. love working outside but gotta rest ya know :yes:
