This is the shit I have been on for 7 months strong. Results are ridiculous. Not trying to get into the NFL or pick up boat anchors anymore. I have had injuries lifting when i was young. And body weight regime ONCE I committed has been a blessing.

Props to you my dude, I been telling kats Bar Work changed my life. I finally got the cuts I wanted. Lost mad weight all without a gym. It would be cool if you could post before and after pics with the face cut out ofcourse

I have no money for a gym. Just cut my cable, but I live next to mad museums with a lot of steps and open parks. So I cant bench weight even if I wanted to. All I have are bars and steps.

invest in a weight vest..

it will make a big difference..


just remember to always keep

your back straight and chest out

when wearing one..

cant stress how important that is..


it will make a big difference especially

doing stair work and lunges
