bitch ass wife did some fucked up shit.

she approached me about a photo from 15 years ago during the time we were separated and filed for a temporary protection order days later. i come home sunday night and there's a sheriffs note on the door about a hearing this morning. (i'm on the road because of my business) she hasn't been staying in the house. since that day which was the aug 6th. what's crazy is she doesn't understand that she thinks it's recent. and this is after we contacted the woman in the photo who has been living in africa in tanzania for years with her husband who became a millionaire due to all the gold he mined on the property he obtained there. she still thinks i'm fucking this woman or something but this was back in 2012.

so now there's a hearing today(which i didn't even find out about til last night. in this paperwork it's saying enough evidence is provided that i committed domestic violence but i haven't done anything to this woman not even raised my voice. she left, i didn't argue. i tried to reach her but she refuses to speak to me even to the point she got a new account and changed her phone number.

i cant make this shit out but it's sounds like they are trying to remove me from my house and give up one of my vehicles, the jaguar.

does this mean they are going to decide if this happens today, or is it already been decided? are judges that much of an asshole that they would enforce this order even though i didn't do anything? i cant even move into one of my rental units here because they are all occupied. i can go stay in one of my florida airbnb homes but i have too big of a business to run here in ohio and in pennsylvania. and my luck my attorney is gone and cant be reached until wednesday. (who does that???)

now here's the other thing. this is all in a court in a completely different county. we haven't lived in cuyahoga county for over 10 years. we live in lake county. how is this even taking place in cuyahoga county courts?

This has to do with Civil Stalking. hopefully it's the same process

6. Under what circumstances will a full CSPO be granted by a magistrate?

To be entitled to a full CSPO under R.C. 2903.214, the petitioner must prove:
That the respondent knowingly engaged in a pattern of conduct that:
  1. Caused the petitioner to believe that the respondent will cause physical harm to the petitioner or a member of the petitioner’s household; or

  1. Caused mental distress to the petitioner or a member of the petitioner’s household.

A “pattern of conduct” means more than one act.
Or, the petitioner must prove that the respondent committed a sexually oriented offense. Sexually oriented offenses are listed at R.C. 2950.01.
There are other types of protection orders that relate specifically to criminal proceedings (see R.C. 2903.213; R.C. 2903.213), relate to minors (see R.C. 2151.34), or relate to domestic violence between household and family members (see R.C. 3113.31). These other types of protection orders are not issued by the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas General Division magistrates. Staff at the Family Justice Center (See FAQ 1 above) can help you determine what type of protective order is appropriate for your circumstances.

She probably move or filed in Cuyahoga county. Protection orders are valid nation wide and every state recognize them.

Call this firm right now.....

You'd have to go to court.
Not appearing is in her favor and proves her case.

All that about living elsewhere and wrong county, no judge cares about.

You need to keep a level head in court and the fact that the judge will lean towards her because of the complexion.

Pointless asking here. You should get a local attorney to represent you. Ask for a dismissal or continuance til you can regroup and present your response.

TRIED. no extensions or continuances i'm going in i tried a few good lawyers but no one's available last minute. i'm going on my own. fingers crossed. but yeah i've done nothing to her. if that was the case she would have called the police or something. if anything that would have helped her case.

Crazy man. Hope you get out in front of this. If she foul enough to file a TPO over a pic, ain't no telling the next move. Would never, ever, ever, ever trust her again or come close to being cool. I think it's better it's in cuyahoga county than lake. Lake way slower and I'm guessing courts more likely to fall for bullshit like she trying to pull. Good luck man.

Just don't go in there explaining you have other properties or anything of that nature. Court will see you have multiple streams of income and you'll have to provide her means of a place to stay, so they may tell her to move into your main place. They don't care where you go beyond that.

I'm no attorney, just been to divorce court many times, taking my wife's mom for her divorce and I've heard so many cases sitting there waiting. Something I don't ever want to go through especially with a bitter woman acting on her feelings/emotions.

Sounds like she was looking for an out and found one.
Was thinking the same thing this just didn't come out of nowhere, time to start getting your asset straight. Protective order are tricky from state to state. It should just be a hearing to set up rules and distance don't be surprised she wants you out the house other thing not to get to much in your business but do you and her use the same lawyer. Get a divorce lawyer ASAP she might already have a plan in motion and this is just the beginning.

Dude you should of divorced her many moons ago because I know you know how and what type of person she is and this isn't her first time doing messed up things to you when she feels she's been wronged.

File for divorce,go through with it and move on cause now she's using the system to get even with you or to break you and it's time for her to go.Change the locks, cut off contact, get a lawyer and let Mr. Misery take your place.

1. You have to answer the suit, even if that means calling in and telling them you just got served and are on the road.
2. Hire a lawyer. Hire a lawyer. Hire a lawyer.
3. The absolute worst thing you can do is not show up for hearings and ignore shit that gets filed.
4. Did I say hire a lawyer? In case I didn't, hire a lawyer....even if by phone so they can appear on your behalf....NOW.

How are you gonna tell him that’s it’s pointless asking here and then give him some good advice?
