saturday feb 8th at 8pm i was attacked.
the attacker was my ex wife. i was bringing the last of her things i had found around the house to her.
she literally was outside in the freezing slow blizzard, no coat, just herself and she disassembled her moms wheelchair and was using the metal rod part with the metal foot pad attached to it as a weapon.
i didn't just hit her. i already know laws are fucked up. i just blocked the blows and tried to get away she got about 14-15 good hits in then i tried to take it away from her. she stepped back to get away still swinging hit me about 6-7 more times, i rush towards her she steps back trips and falls on curb and falls back on curb lawn. i reach to grab the weapon from her hand she swings and hits me two more times. i tap her on the top of her head twice. tap not punch to startle her. which it does and i'm able to move the weapon out of her hand and step back. she lunges towards me 2 times but it stopped by the neighbor who had been watching all this time who didn't decide to say anything til i bopped her on her head then wants to argue. he tells her to go in the house and i call the cops.
cops come they take my statement, they arrest her. then they come to me, and tell me if they gotta arrest her they gotta arrest me. even though i'm the victim and the witness that gave testimony corroborated the events,
now they take me to the hospital as well as her. she has a bruise on her upper forehead she bruises easily because of something with the iron in her system or lack there of.
we both get charged with domestic assault. come the 10th we both goto bond hearing. 15k 10% which i thought was high. i'm thinking they would charge her with agg. or felonious assault because of the weapon used but they didn't. i'm stuck because i don't have anyone who can get my items and just use my card and pay for it so i'm stuck there for 6 days. while i'm there mid week they call and say the next day since i'm still there i'm going to court and they are going to lower my bond which didn't matter cuz i had no one to come up. so i go to court next day found out it's arraignment and i've been indicted for felonious assault.
for fucking defending myself from a nut case who was hiding out in a freezing snow storm waiting for me to arrive. and i know it was premeditated because she asked like 13 times before i got there how long before i get there and the fact she took the time to disassemble her mom's wheelchair?
now she gets out the same day as bond, and no less than 24 hours later she's at my house trying to break in. and had an order by the judge to not goto my house my place of business or anything. she pulls out a screen from a window then breaks the first pane of glass to basement bedroom window. she can't break so she leaves and comes back later. now to go back to feb 8th. when i was arrested my jaguar was left parked on the street. they never towed it. she went back to her house broke into the jaguar, got the garage door opener, came back to the house. had my truck towed out of my garage and had it hidden. she took my wallet that was in the house, she also took the 2nd set of keys to the jag and hid that. i got out last friday. oh she also broke the key hole of the front door knob and locked it so i couldn't get into the house, and then stole the alarm control panel off the wall and cut the wires she thought that was going to block me from seeing who did it but it uploads everything in real time so all the videos everything she did is there.
i goto court yesterday with the police report from my city to the city the incident took place. with the video footage and everything. clerk of court tells me she definitely violated the bond terms and sends everything over to the prosecutors office. i call back this morning their only response is they are aware the judge is aware she violated the order it will probably be brought up march 5th at court. if it was any male they would have been arrested immediately.
the other thing i have that's going on with this is this took place in a city where back on march 7 2011 i was arrested on entrapment. police told me that my license was suspended in my stores parking lot. i told them ok, i'm just going to catch the bus and have someone pick up my vehicle. the cops told me well this time go ahead and drive your car home. i said thanks got in and pulled off in front of them. i get stopped 3 blocks up by another cop and asked why am i driving. i tell them the two officers said i could drive home. those two cops pull and say the same thing "why am i driving" i said here just arrest me or do whatver you gotta do. they do i bond out goto court tell the judge what happens and the judge goes off cause she knows i'm not lying. cops get in trouble. for a time i was harassed by euclid for anything.
fast forward to present day the office who arrested me for defending myself is the same officer from back then.
i'm not saying i'm paranoid but i believe he told the hospital to minimize what injuries i have. i'm convinced my arm is broken but no medical office believes me based upon the first xray they claim were viewed. i went to a 2nd hospital they wouldn't even x ray me just said they were looking at the original x rays. how do i know theyh didn't replace the x rays with someone elses intentionally? again i know i may sound paranoid but i believe that happened. no way my arm is suppose have two uneven hard places at two different places in my forearm like it is.
also. during my 6 days at county. i couldn't eat none of the days i was there. a week prior i was diagnosed with pancreatitis. i was on an extremely strict diet with medication. i couldn't eat the food and they denied my medication. kept telling me i would be seen i never was. i lost 22lbs in 6 days
my question is can i go after them for that.
my second question is i just found out there's no statute of limitations on entrapment should i go after that now
