but the problem is the whole debate and issue is premised on the concept of race. We're trying to make sense of history using a concept and definition europeans invented. I said this before...All of this is based on some old white men's concept of race and coloration. We keep applying Eurocentric concepts of colorism and the values they attached to them to people all over the world and its just plain wrong. Its also why we have hard time reconciling Egypt and what color and features meant in their hieroglyphics and statues, mummies and such.
