Nice work man. Strong as hell. Most I ever got was 515(Ain't been up that heavy in years). Damn. I been on this damn layoff the last few months and have shrunk to 250 pounds. Had worked myself back up to 250 x 25 on the closegrip bench and was on my way to the old days, was adding plates to the dips, and had 2x45 on my waist for some pullups. You got me motivated.
Was downing damn near 100 grams of BCAA on workout days and 10+ grams HMB. That shit had me feeling like I was in my 20s again. I was ready to go the next day after the workout.
I need to go back and see how much strength I lost and start the comeback again. Got some kilos of BCAA and 1000 grams of HMB on deck. Thanks for the motivation Thanos.
