You're way stronger than me. I can get 225 for about 12 reps at 165 bodyweight. Pound for pound I rarely come across cats stronger than me unless they're mountains and/or seasoned vets. I now focus more on calisthenics and becoming a pull up specialist

1. How much do you weigh?
2. Do you compete on a pro/amateur level?

315.. use to be a powerlifter..brah..at 165. U scrong as shit. Hard to wrestle a knicca like u..brah
 
Nice work man. Strong as hell. Most I ever got was 515(Ain't been up that heavy in years). Damn. I been on this damn layoff the last few months and have shrunk to 250 pounds. Had worked myself back up to 250 x 25 on the closegrip bench and was on my way to the old days, was adding plates to the dips, and had 2x45 on my waist for some pullups. You got me motivated.

Was downing damn near 100 grams of BCAA on workout days and 10+ grams HMB. That shit had me feeling like I was in my 20s again. I was ready to go the next day after the workout.

I need to go back and see how much strength I lost and start the comeback again. Got some kilos of BCAA and 1000 grams of HMB on deck. Thanks for the motivation Thanos. :eek:

Good shit fam. Being an ectomorph I will only get so strong. You mesomorph and endomorph built people easily can easily put on muscle mass. I will at least be skinny strong:yes:.

I am 6ft tall just under 185lbs. My goal is to eventually be able to lift my own body weight 5o times. I plan on maxing out at least 25olbs. on the bench press and to be able to squat 500 lbs. comfortably. Been putting in the work but have a ways to go.
 
It shouldn’t bounce of ur chest but it should def touch ur chest. Slow ur pace tho kill. And ur reps were def half reps but I understand why, u had four plates on the bar

Yeah like I said earlier I see dudes doing that all the time, some in here said it’s a method to keep your muscles constantly working but I just always used to laugh and think back to my ARMY days when we would be doing push-ups and dudes would be doing that half way down stuff. First they’d give you a warning saying those shits don’t count but if you continued doing it that make you get up and go to the back of the line.
