im 6’2 my weight ranges from 232-240. I stay between 15-17% body fat. I’m very strong.. if I’m keto and intermittent fasting, I can get down to about 13% body fat. I sacrifice some strength though. 228 lbs.We dont expect it..everybody kept thinking 300 pounds was a fat boy.
