Yes, with your so called starvation diet. You're headed for a big fail. I keep telling you, eat what you like but count calories and fast walk. Also take your multivites.
Man you got to eat. It's a simple concept. Calories in versus calories out. For your size, stay at 1500-1700 calories a day, walk 2 fast paced miles and drink 80 ounces of water and you will keep on losing weight without thinking about it. This no food shit that you're doing will get you nowhere, in fact you will gain more weight when you get tired of it.
I'm saying this because it worked for me. I used to go to exercise bootcamp where we did the most rigorous routines but I never lost weight in 3 months because I did not change my eating habit. Then I went to a weight loss doctor who told me what to do and now I just restrict my calories, walk and drink water and I lose weight every week at a rate of 3lbs/week. I also don't feel starved. I am older than you btw. I am not obese but I am just trying to get under 200lbs. I started at 232 and down to 215 in about 1.5 months.
One must change up their eating AND exercise.
If you want drastic results like FUCKYOU, you must take drastic measures.
You can do thisin boot camp all day long, but if insulin and calories are not controlled you will look in the mirror and do this
I love for my clients to eat large salads filled with cucumbers, spinach, tomatoes, and other filling veggies. Apple cider vinegar and salt and pepper. It makes them feel "full" with low calories. Once they see the weight coming off they stay motivated. Compliments happen within the first week, motivation is a muthafucka.![]()

Don't forget strength training is key so your body THINKS it needs the muscle. If your body doesn't THINK it needs muscle it will burn muscle.

Out of curiosity, how much training are you doing a day? How many calories are you taking in and how many did you take in at 278-280?
ok actually i started july 15th 2010 on this diet and weighed 316... like i said earlier in october 2009 i was 327.. i dropped to 280 by jan 2010 and was back at 316 august 2010.. my regular calorie intake must have been over 3000 a day easily!! non stop out of control eating! fast food life style and over doing it! eating till i felt sick!
so i started my diet july 15th 2010 and went all the way down to 274.. i was doin the nutrisystem diet(1000-1500 cal) but by late august i started fucking up and eating fast food and went back up to 290.. i got back serious around august 15th got back on and ended at 278.. and here i am now at 270 in these 3 days..
oh my bad as far as training im in the gym for 2 hours every day and do 1 hour or more on the tredmill/bike and the rest of the time i do heavy lifting

Try not to over train on the heavy lifting. You only need enough to let your body know you need the muscle. After warm ups, your weight lifting should take no more than 20 minutes tops.
As long cleared by your doctor you can drop weight at 1lb a day no problem(if you have balls). The people on the biggest loser do it. Just make sure everything is right man. Liver, kidneys and heart.
Before doing anything drastic always check with the doc and make sure you are healthy(except being fat), otherwise the traditional 1-2lb a week shit is the rule.
