What’s a good website to look for real estate overseas in these counties? Be nice to browse some spots and see what they cost.

Spain? The Mississippi of Europe?
Let me introduce you to a country called Italy:lol:

Ashley Graham says her husband was spat on for being black [in Italy]

“I see what my husband has to go through every day,” she shared. “We had gone to Italy, and a man spat on him.” Graham says. “It’s heartbreaking. It can make you really angry. But it’s like, how are you going to change that anger into a teachable moment?”

My bad.
I apologize for pointing out other viable options for retirees beyond feeling the need to relocate to a whole new country to find happiness... :dunno:

I’m splitting time between Tennessee and Panamá.

I ran across a few bruhs that moved to Panamá full time. Bumped into them in Marbella at the wing restaurant.

I never asked if they post on BGOL, but I’m pretty sure they do!

Word..

How is the vibe when you;re out there?

How are the women & the food?

You speak the language?

Man.......The vibe is different, bruh.

On the money tip: As a legit hustler, it almost feels like an equal playing field. Money and professionalism truly talks.

I speak decent Spanish. My vocab is wack, but my accent is tight. Basic verb conjugation and a few slang phrases go a long way.

The women are beautiful. In Panamá City, there are three main chica groups: Panamanian, Venezuelan, and Colombian.

I don’t kick it with the working girls, but if you want to find them, they are easy to find.

Honestly, it’s easy to come up just by saying hello. As a black American that speaks a little Spanish and goes off the beaten path, you’re a unicorn mixed with a giraffe. Rare as fuck and you stand out wherever you go....even if you don’t want to.

The food isn’t that great.

I’m picky as fuck and I don’t eat swine.

With that being said:

The best wings I had were from Hooters.

The best appetizer I had was Pulpo al Carbon at a restaurant called Sirena.

The best main course I had was fried Pargo at Tobago island.

Some of y'all sound scary as shit.
Right!

People need to understand that the Earth is OUR TURF! To all the brothers talmbout retiring, buying/building a house in the US, and traveling abroad.... Why do you have to wait until you retire to do that?

I'm 37 doing that now, just bought a house, still plan on traveling and eventually I want to live in another country, before I retire.

The goal is to enjoy life now! As well as in the future! Work, build business(es) that support you and family enough to broaden your horizons. Rent out your house for a year or two, maybe even AirBNB it for 3/6/9 months at a time. Plan it out so you have income while you're abroad, and come back home to YOUR house between leases.

If youtubers can travel all over the world on their youtube check and dropshipping... then so can you/we.

@bermyshotta Where are some of the less expensive places to stay/live in Panama?

It depends on what you call inexpensive. Rent is as cheap or as expensive as the amenities that you want and the area you are trying to be in. As with any city, there are some “nuances” to navigate.

From a purchasing standpoint: There are $80-$85k condo junts that you can turn around and sell for a decent gain (contractual) in a few years.

Panamá also has a “Citizenship by Investment” program.

I encourage people to investigate, if interested. WARNING: Everybody’s pockets ain’t built for that, and I ain’t finna engage that argument.

The biggest benefit of citizenship by investment is having a Panamanian passport, which is important, depending on your goals/hustle game/pockets.

Can we get a trip report for Costa Rica?
I went with my lady. We flew into San Jose, I believe that's the capital city. Nothing special about the airport, rented a car and drove to Jaco. I would recommend reserving your car beforehand, the definitely throw in a "gringo tax" and inflate the price if you book once you land. There were a few tolls on the way to Jaco, about a 90 minute drive from San Jose. We went to Tortuga Island the next morning. Shuttle picked us up from the Airbnb we rented. Met some cool people on the shuttle and the boat going to the island. White dude had 2 chicks with him, one was nice the other was decent, told me about a casino/whore bar called Cocal. We went snorkeling, ate lunch, they had other beach activities and another tour group came through. Everybody was partying on the beach, drinking, hanging out, it was a really good time. We rode down to a national park, Manuel Antonio, the day after. Walked through a rain forest that spilled out into a beach. There were a few monkeys and exotic birds, some thug ass raccoons that learned how to unzip backpacks on the beach. I even seen a capybara, I got a kick out of that. I be on my nature shit. We hung out in Quepos for the evening. We rode quads through another forest near Garabito the next day, it rained like hell but that made it more fun imo. Went back to Jaco and played it light.

I plan on going back to see more of the country. There was a hot spring and volcano on the other side of the country I'd like to visit. I hear that Tamarindo has some dopeness to it. The people I encountered were friendly. I scored some weed from the security guard at the condo, it was decent. I really enjoyed my stay there, never went to the whore spot. My lady wanted to go but based off what I seen in the street walking around I wasn't impressed.
