Im thinking more about these times of uncertainty. Where torque doesnt matter. I wont be able to work for a possible year cuz of my industry. If I had to buy a car I would buy something that gives me choices, if gas goes crazy I got the choice to not use it.Hybrid still requires gas and you now have to worry about two motors. hybrid doesn't have the torque of a full EV either.
Honestly, just buy a 1 year old Corolla and be done. They are well equipped and excellent on gas. They also drive well.Im thinking more about these times of uncertainty. Where torque doesnt matter. The prototype that Tesla unveiled is 231.7 inches long, 79.8 inches wide and 75 inches tall, with up to a 35-degree approach angle, a 28-degree departure angle and up to 16 inches of ground clearance.“Reviewed [the Cybertruck] design with Franz last night. Even 3% smaller is too small. It will be pretty much this size [referring to the prototype].”
Musk didn’t elaborate on a possible timeline for that smaller electric pickup truck.“We’ll probably do a smaller, tight world truck at some point.”
Gas. Still too hard to do trips with electric....
Did you get your deposit back from Tesla?Polestar SUV or Rivian next.

The availability of charging stations. Is my number one concern. Charging stations should be available in every state. And at least in every major city.My concern is:
Availability of charging stations.
Cost to replace batteries.
Lifespan of batteries.
How many miles do you drive a day though ?The availability of charging stations. Is my number one concern. Charging stations should be available in every state. And at least in every major city.
Me personally, right now, probably 5 miles. During the week, I usually just go to and from work. And maybe a couple of trips to the store. I currently live damn near everything I need and work. How many miles do you drive a day though ?
Honestly if you’re able to install a 240 volt 40 amp outlet in your garage , that’s all you need. I drive 70 miles a day and one charge will last two days.
My wife has a gas car and we can travel with that if needed.
