►►► Official UFC 196: McGregor vs Diaz - March 5th, 2016

What's dope too is that the fans and media were all saying that Diaz needed to be careful out there and not potentially get styled on. Played it smart on the feet & didn't get embarassed. Many saying he needed to get it down to the ground to secure a sub, or make it grimy to go the full 25 mins for a potential decision. Hell ... he got it to the ground & subbed McG late in the 2nd. That's wassup.

funny part is it was CONOR who took it to the ground cuz he couldn't take that Stockton slap no more LMAO

Floss - Caraway is living the life. Fuck sessions with Miesha Tate for nearly a decade.

Looks like she cleans up pretty well.
I'd be afraid to have rough sex with that chick. Fuck around and have me choked out and shit, calling the police.
Just the way she overmatched those dudes who were clearly bigger than her. But I got something for her lil wild ass though. ;)

Look at how flabby he was at this weight compaired to the way he looks/looked at 145LBS...he was ALWAYS RIPPED!! here yo could barely see one ab when b4 he always had a 6pack. Both these guys are good..but I would bet that if he stays at this weight and grows into it properly he'd prolly win the rematch if there is one to be..and if you were watching right it was CONORS that was winning the fight at first..he was actually beating the fuck outta my boy Diaz..But I'm good either way cuz I always liked'em Both including his brother Nick..but don't hate because he's confident in his abilities and talks Shit because of it..the man IS in fact good at what he does..NOBODY ever claimed he was good on the ground..If you peep my earlier posts you'll see I said he was CRAZY for taking this fight at this weight against such a great fighter in Diaz...and If it went to the ground he'd most likely get choked out by Diaz... but keep it 100% this was good while it lasted.
Dude, Conor looked so jacked at the weighin, it started a whisper campaign about PEDs. He was flabby; he just wasn't as emaciated as he normally is at 145 weighins. He looks like an athletes AIDS patient on the scale. He walks around at 170+ and should be fighting at 155. 145 has just been his way of succeeding where Kenny Florian failed at cutting weight for advantage.

As for who was winning the fight "at first," that shit doesn't matter. The fight's not over 'til it's over and whoever won is the winner. Race car drivers don't get credit for having led a couple laps if they finish last. Conor was winning, until he lost.

Looks like she could do the type of stuff thatll have you on Dr Phil show like  "And..and then she put me in a chokehold and squeezed my testicles..."

What I've always respected about her is her heart. She's not the best female fighter out there. Isn't the most technical. Stand-up isn't the cleanest or prettiest, but geezus you have to BEAT her to get her out of there. She's mean as fuck against these broads in the UFC streetz. Rousey was cranking away on her arm in their 1st fight in Strikeforce before finally locking in the sub. McMann broke her orbital in rd 1 & still lost to Tate. Miesha subbed Coenen in Strikeforce to claim that strap (and Coenen is one of the better female fighters of the past decade). What does she do against Holm? She stays in there for the duration & subs her out in the final minute of the 5th. Not some flukey bullshit either ... securing the takedown ... getting the back & locking that shit down. Definitive. No questionable ref' stoppage. Gonna be interesting to see how a rematch with Holm goes, or a 3rd fight with Honda Housey.

yeah ok...uh huh...got'chu

TheRealJonDoe - Usually they are 30 - 60 mins post-event, but on some of the bigger cards they can start 60 - 90 mins post-PPV finish.

I haven't watched MMA in a while but it's clear you must have an excellent ground game to beat her. HH was lucky to get out of that early round. Great strategy all around.

For the fam' in Canada ... Pollock, Ramdeen & Black (The Fight Network) are in the studio doing their usual post-fight show at the moment, and will cut over to the post-fight presser once it starts. They always joke they haven't a clue when the UFC will start these damn things, so they keep on talking & filling time until then.

Yeah what's crazy too is that she just has high school wrestling to her name. Isn't some high-level division I collegiate talent. As for pro MMA training ... she's done so in the Pacific Northwest previously, and Vegas in more recent memory. Her boyfriend B. Caraway also competes. He's in the men's division @ 135. As for Miesha - Very tough & durable. Resilient fighter. Happy for her.

damn mcgregor lost?????? I knew I shoulda bought this fucking fight...damn...woulda loved to see that L!

Man like I said Mcgregor is a bum who hasn't really beat anyone but Dustin Porier. Got lucky against Aldo and cough Mendes on a short notice.

And he's was talking about moving to 170... and fighting for the belt, they might probably arrest Robbie Lawler after that fight.

Honestly I don't see Mcgregor winning his next two fights.

This is 100 why I like her......not the best...but has the heart

Agreed. You can teach skill and technique, but GDamn ... mental and physical toughness is a whole other thing completely (all sports and walks of life). You've gotta have the testicular fortitude. Or in Miesha's case ... the azz, quality titties, and ovarian fortitude. She's a fuckable beast, no question.

Definitely a wild ride for this 8 year stretch of his career ....
