►►► Official UFC 196: McGregor vs Diaz - March 5th, 2016

Frankie will finish him in less than two rounds. Mcgregor cardio and heart is suspect IMO. He looked like he was ready to gas tonight and when he fought Mendes and, that was a quick tap. He didn't look like someone who had a full training camp and didn't have to cut weight. Frankie is one of the most durable fighters in the UFC and he can push the fight for 5 rounds. Mcgregor don't stand a chance.
Nah man... His cardio wasnt the issue... And you certainly cant question his heart. I enjoyed seeing him get smashed as much as the next guy but dont discredit the cat. Hes a hell of a fighter.... just limited, and those limitations cost him against a bigger guy. Those shots would have knocked anyone out at 145 or 155. Diaz is just a tough bastard and had a huge size advantage.

Conor fights at 145... Trained for 155, and 11 days before the fight was told he was fighting at 170. Gotta respect that. If he had a camp directed at Diaz he probably would have won. He bullshitted too much and boxed with his hands down and thought he would knock him out. All those money shots would wear anyone down. Then he was also ill prepared for his length and distance so those short ass kicks served no purpose against Diaz tall ass...

I'm glad Nate debunked that "efficient energy" shit and straight up said he fought the better fight.

lmao he did- He didn't just let Conor have that one LOL.

Conor is SOMEWHAT right I think though- except that efficiency won't help him if he doesn't attempt to avoid shots, which he doesn't. He's used to plowing through those little guys and he'll take some while he gives. He gave Nate his big shit, but he didn't realize he Nates shit was adding up.

ANd Nate can box- I never undertood why everyone thought it would be so easy for him, besides the fact Nate might be out of shape- which he was LOL

Diaz is a vegitarian ? The gazelle killed the lion? Connor is trash... no one will fear him anymore at 135-155lbs

Respect Holly for refusing to tap, while McG sending out morse code in octagon

In the press conference Holly said she didn't tap out in the 5th round, but in the replay while in the choke by hold Miesha she motioned that she was submitting.

Yours Truly.....Professor

Watching the replay of the fight.
One of the coolest things was the opening narration by DMX.
I hope UFC promotion uses him again.

That shit sent chills, got me amped up of watching the fight again.

I was gonna say man who the fuck does McGregor even like? Every time I hear him he's talking shit about someone else. I didn't know this muthafucka even liked anyone or anything.

I thought I read they hired him to do this from here on out...I was shocked he did last night's I didn't know it was be this fast unless it was just for one show. But I hope its a continued gig for X.

I think Holly's loss is actually good for the women's bantamweight division. They now have more marketable major matchups than they would have had if Holly had beaten Miesha. Of course, Ronda expects to come back quick and defeat Miesha, then on to Holly (even if Holly takes another L). If Miesha beats Ronda, that leaves the Holly rematch and Ronda goes to Hollywood. Then there's Cat and Nunes in the mix. Remember Cat only has one L, and that was basically due to a brain fart more than her getting outworked. This is an exciting time for that division.

Conor, on the other hand, shit the bed everywhere else, except his own division. Aldo deserves an immediate rematch, but I wouldn't be mad if Frankie got the nod. Conor should stay his ass as far the fuck away from RDA as is geographically possible.

he could kinda be what michael buffer is to boxing

I made so much money on those two fights....
Nate was a HORRIBLE matchup for Conor and Holm really didnt have enough experience for Tate.Holm really got hyped over 1 win against a totally different opponent. In time, Holm can be unstoppable but needs more experience.

Holm should have prepared for Tate's ground game as that was the only way that Tate would beat her. They will probably give Holm an immediate rematch against Tate because Ronda isn't coming back anytime soon, because someone fooled Ronda that she can act just like they said she can beat Mayweather.

idk how often MMA fighters fight professionally per year...is it like boxing where a fighter might have only 2 fights in a year? I'm asking cuz I'm wondering if white held holmes back too long hoping for rousey to come back :dunno:

If Nate had more time to prepare he probably works McGregors from start to finish. But the funny thing is, this loss might have saved McGregor from a major ass whipping. Can you imagine if Connor stepped in that ring with Dos Anjos...:smh:
