never knew this![]()
You know what else is funny? White Americans do the same thing again and again. You see, by making African-Americans seem like the enemy, it would encourage more of antipathy towards black folk, and then in turn make African American soldiers be more antagonistic to Japanese folk.
I read an article years ago, and ALLEGEDLY, some of the AL-Qaeda leaders said 'It's bad enough being occupied by those Americans, but also by those monkeys?'
Now I was reluctant to believe that, as the only source for those comments were American newspapers, and it brought me back to learning about WWII propaganda. If a black soldier read those comments, wouldn't it just encourage them to be more hateful towards 'America's 'Enemy'.

That's why I'll always respect Mohammad Ali: "No Vietnamese ever called me nigg£r". So true, always making black people fight white folk's wars.
I read an article years back that said after Hiroshima and Nagasaki that the japanese had a major inferiority complex to whites and it showed up in their artwork after those events.
So true. The Japanese were known to never surrender... so after that nuke hit, imagine how demoralizing that must've been?
