Unless you ever had to deal for with older parents, people do not understand the work and frustration of taking care of them. Also, I am convinced that a lot of the bad characteristics of the hood are self inflicted by that neighborhood.
I believe this is the second time in the past couple of days that you've mentioned knowing lots of people getting killed.
And didn't say anything the first time but. I've come to the conclusion that either you're the one doing the killing, or it's bad luck to be around you!
Bro I was kid in Haiti riding in a tap tap There was truck directly ahead of us filled with people sitting on the roof the sides and cargo. Sadly someone fell off and the back tire crushed their skull the truck never stopped neither did traffic. The whole van I was in started laughing and I looked around teary eyed confused. And I learned in countries like this all over the globe death is normalized. Life is fleeting and a gift. We here are so fuking entitled and think water food shelter medical care and police are a GIVEN. It's not. So yeah. But sadly I know kids in the hood who seen it here in the states which in a strange way is even sadder.

I have a friend who's dealing with that now. Their Mom has dementia. It one of the saddest things that one can go through.
Their Mom who had them doesn't know or recognize them. And like you said as far as taking care of them.
It's like dealing with a child but worse and that's all that I'll say about that.
I'm an also had some that dealt with a parent with ALS. And to watch the slowly whither away not being able to do anything for themself is heartbreaking. And you literally have to do everything for them.
That's why you ain't see Michael Smith for years and Max Kellerman too
It's a non compete. No working for anyone while your still under contract unless you negotiate a buy out or something similar.
Your face your voice your pen were all essentially licensed out. So they own that till the checks stop. Unless you negotiated that out. And TRUST that ain't easy there is always some type of dark period.
Lawd only knows what they locked up SAS with probably complete shut down PLUS a year or more.
I was just out of college and didn't know better and signed something without reading it. I was offered a spot by another company they were partnered with for YEARS. My boss found out and when I was about to quit the offer was pulled and completely fuked up plans. I mean my life track literally changed off that because of salary location network and then petty sh*t cause they saw it as betrayal when it was just a kid in his twenties trying to find a career. Even when I quit later that company still couldn't hirer me and the similar one said no too just off gp.

They essentially own that. That's what they were paying him 4 years of good money for. And those 4 years he had all the resources connections privilege network and power of ESPN DISNEY behind him.
All those media passes, flights, tv appearances, hotels etc have serious tangible value. If you play it right you could really have a lifelong gig in that Industry. An agent can market you as an ESPN talent gets you book deals features and if negotiated right? stuff OUTSIDE ESPN like Bo Pablo Dominique and Mina do.
Espn does all that for YOU to just bounce and do it for someone else? Nah homie. Mouse don't play that.Just to be fair to the OTHER SIDE.
This is all stuff your current artists need to understand. Once you master your craft FIRST? That fan base. That reputation. That body of work? In 2025 the ancillary profits are NUMEROUS. But that FIRST opportunity? Is almost immeasurable. Because all the work you do to build that artist/client up can be a disappointment or pleasant success or life changing generational wealth.
You said fingering is a lost art, It truly is. I'm out here making chicks tap out and squirt with just my hands, and if they've graduated to the point where I actually eat their pussy AND finger it's a DONE DEAL. They be up there doing the Humpty Dance when I use the "come here" motion hitting the G-Spot (straight forward) and the "squirt spot" inside back to my right, her left.
Using that technique I'm making chicks cum before I even give them the dick.
For the women who don't like the people use of fingers that shit is tough if they use any kind of Bullet or clit stimulation device because the clit is dull and I can't hit that G-Spot.

Since you said artists let me give you this. When roc marci was with busta, he made sure that anyone he was introduced to by busta he formed a relationship with whether it was a hi or a just checking on you. When he left flipmode, busta went around trying to throw dirt on his name and make sure nobody worked with roc. None of those people listened to busta because they all said roc was a great person. Career saved. Same thing happened with reek da villain, only difference is he didn’t form any relationships like roc did even tho he was warned and saw what happened to roc. Reek still searching for his way back in even tho he’s signed to ghostface

That's fucked up because they let all the heat and popularity of your name in the business die out while you're not being utilized, just getting checks.
The checks are great, but to quote Marlo Stanfield, "My name is my name," and by the time you are truly free, you are like Cutty on the wire, folks in the street don't even know your name anymore, or they be like, "Oh, that dude. Alright" and not, "OH! THAT DUDE. ALRIGHT."
Big difference. You can no longer command a salary commensurate of your skills and talents cuz nobody knows you anymore.

It’s two fold
One you should never sign with an artist who still wants to be an artist. Their career always comes first
Two busta would always drop his album before the group album and when that album had poor sales or wasn’t received well he would blame the label and leave taking his artists with him. They never get a chance to release any music
Damn shame what he did to Rah Digga. Between Rah Digga and Lady of Rage, I don't know whose career was fumbled the most
This is why it is unwise for artists to partner with or get on the label of an active artist.
Most active artists don't diversify well when it comes to producing and promoting the career of another artist underneath them. Some of it is ego, not wanting that other person to shine more than them, and some of it is just incompetence.
Are you an active artist or a producer? It's damn near impossible to do both.
There are exceptions to the rule like Babyface was able to run a successful label while being a relatively active artist, but while there are exceptions to the rule, the rule is the rule for a reason. Babyface wasn't a constant active artist and laid into the producer part very well because that's what he was already doing producing for others both on and off his label. Busta being active while trying to produce for artists did not work at all
Busta rhymes was incompetent as a producer and label owner. And when you got pissed or wondering like, "So what's up? What's going on with me in my career?" The incompetent dude goes around throwing dirt on your name?
That's a bitch move. You Don't double down on your incompetence by throwing dirt on that person's name because you were incompetent in pushing forward their career. Shitty move

That is unforgivable but what's crazy people publicly will always talk positive about Busta. I met him when I was still in school with my best friend. He was an asshole. But I didn't care cause that was BUSTA.
And somehow back in the day? Being a fan was considered wack. If you saw your favorite rapper? THEY TOLD YOU IN THEIR MUSIC NOT TO APPROACH THEM.
They threatened to beat you up.
which is insanely mindlessly stupid looking back.
Especially now in 2025 they are begging fans every day and every way.

I don’t know about Busta’s past street credibility and credentials. But he went from the wild fun rapper who could spit, to the tough drug lord selling coke!

Robert Downey Jr. is a horrible choice for Dr. Doom.
There are a ton of actors that could play Doom. This is Hollyweird getting in the way of itself again. I believe it is going to backfire and they are gonna have to pull some TVA/Alternate universe shit to get themselves out.
They should have stuck with the whole Kang the Conqueror idea.
