D Town Redd, does bum marketing still work?

Bruh,

Bum marketing no longer works in the CLASSIC way (classic way = submit the same articles to a ton of article sites and get money)

Why? Google cracked down on duplicate content and many article sites don't allow affiliate link outs

Here's the solution

Make differing versions of the articles you'll be using

AND

Submit only to article sites that allow affiliate links like goarticles.com

Thanks bro much appreciated. Question any other options beside adsense

D Town, seriously. This thread, the Black scholarship thread, and a lot of other stuff that you've put up over the years are some of the most important threads on this board. I've learned a hell of a lot from your input, and I really appreciate your willingness to share knowledge and information. With all of the Blunts, Acurs, and Halos on this board, sometimes you have to sift through a lot of crap to get to the gold, and a lot of your stuff is outright platinum. Much respect to you my brother!!!!

Question D Townn,

On GoDaddy.com, what is the difference between their "web hosting" and "WordPress hosting"?

I know that with the web hosting, I can get them to install the WordPress plugin, or should I get the WordPress hosting off the bat? They cost the same anyways. Any insight?

Re: Unemployed? Tired of McJobs? How to Blog For Money -- a Step by Step Tutorial (p

My first observation, shit changes quick. The niche I thought I had lost 10 advertisers since last week so I won't be using that one. Still looking for my niche.

Are you familiar with USFreeads. I have been using them for about 3 years with ok results but I need something better. I know enough about this game where I should be getting 3K passive a month easily but I can't break through the ceiling. I don't know if it is the product/services I am choosing or what.

Craigslist is good if you have a VPA and you post legit ads

Wordpress hosting comes with WP installation

With web hosting, installing scripts is not in the contract so it might cost less

If you need a CHEAPER alternative and you're just going to run 1 or 2 blogs, hit me up with your budget I might be able to find you a cheaper solution with WP hosting

Got a question: So if I decide to go with hostgator and their babyplan ($7.99/mth), and I set up my blog which is bringing in passive income.
What process do I have to go through to sell the blog on flippa? Do I need to get a reseller web hosting plan instead of the babyplan? Thanks

Share your experiences

I've taken the time to write some good blog posts only to find out that other sites have done a copy and paste of my shit

Is there anything you can do to stop people from sealing your posts?

My experiences..
I've been messing around trying to find a niche ever since your "Free Hustle Tip" threads a while back and im just now starting to get the hang of it. I haven't been working at in streaks for example I'll work on the site for about 1 week straight and then not tough it again for 3 months.. :hmm: Its hard to stay focused when you don't see the money coming in quickly but it requires patients.

I started my most recent blog in January and was inspired by your facebook arbitrage thread. I made $16.00 in May... Its not much but I do see potential. My goal is to be more consistent with the marketing and trying to fine tune the site. I'll also keep exploring different niches and markets.

Also adding Google Analytics to the site provides good reporting.. I still working on deciphering the data but it also has a lot of potential.

The buyer will just get the name from you after transfering the site files to his server.

1) To prevent content theft, this is what you do

Go to copyscape and enter your blog posts URL

If there are copies reported, go whois.sc and find the HOST for that blog

Send an email to host admin PROVING that your blog post is original you own the rights to take down the infringing pages.

2) I'll answer the rest of your questions in a bit.

IN the meantime, if anyone else appreciates this thread, please give it a bump. Share the knowledge, fam

Brother, this is excellent. Now, I have a blog that doesn't have a niche market that pays high. However, I have noticed that when I post a blog with the keywords from spyfu.com that are big payers, I get more per click.

I just need some help, getting more traffic to my blog and I want to figure out how to attach keywords to my blog that Google acknowldges.

Thanks! Found my niche tonight with Trafic Travis, Google Keyword Tool & Market Samurai. Learning WordPress now and developing content for the site.

Are you going to be sharing your backlinking strategies and software/services you use?

Oh yeah, before I forget….BUMP

Are you using 3% - 5% keyword density in your articles? Basically, the norm is usually around 3%. So for a keyword density of 3% on a 500 word article you would need to strategically place your keyword 15 times within the article.

Also try using some anchor links in your articles.
