Americans...Americans..Americans...

Let me say this... What they teach us about guitar is this: the best player are the ones who can do as much with the least movement up and down the fretboard as an average players down...If you understand the strings, you can get all those notes without having to range up and down the fretboard as George Benson did. Actually, when all these people were talking about Hendrix, I thought they would bring up Wayman Tisdale or Benson, not that bum Jimmi Hendrix..who I am not going address anymore because I believe I have made the point...
Now for Mr Benson, who is from Pittsburgh, and whose music I listened to growing up, to you in America, he is a good guitarist. To us this is average music. Here is Diblo running through those notes and producing more coherent music than your man. This is the stuff that Popolipo would listen to one time, repeat and then improve..
Lesson: Produce music, not tricks. You remove all the other instruments and Mr Benson is dead in the water with his guitar,,
Dilweed the movement is called octaves. That is exactly what makes the music more interesting. Staying in one box and playing all the notes (only 7 plus sharps and flats which are the same depending on the key) is boring and amaturistic. As good as B.B. is he can be a bit boring with his B.B. Box whereas Stevie Ray moves around the neck creating interest. You're a dumb ass. Them africans play like children.
