Supposedly, in season 2 the character goes thru some emotional shit that requires an actor with "more range" than the first kid was capable of.
I guess that's the nice way of saying "this new kid is a better actor than you. Go home and be looking for your last check in the mail."
Good first episode of the season.
I think we all knew the master would be using Eph's wife for something special. I thought she might get a restored look like Eichorst, which would be used in part to screw with Eph and his kid, but I guess not, going off previews for the rest of the season.
I hope we get more story about the Spanish guy and his job working with the hoods.
That old dude that got some new life from the master better watch his tone around Eichorst.

Lol, I thought he was a horrible actor last season. I swore he was related to somebody famous, which is how he got the job.

Has there ever been a kid in any horror movie/tv show that you didn't hate? I can't think of any. Every kid I've ever seen, I couldn't wait for them to get killed.
The Master and the other elders ate the OG vamps. The master transfered his essence to the new body since it was so physically imposing. The old body became an empty shell.

Typo on my part. The master and the elder vamps are the OG vamps. The master is the black sheep and the troublemaker of the bunch.

He's been 'Donald Trump' for so long that he can't wrap his head around the fact that he's just a pawn to the master. Eldritch imagines himself as a partner to the master, but is too cocky to realize that his own usefulness is temporary. Given time, Eichorst could easily take over all of Eldritch's assets and responsibilties.
Personally, I'm hoping Eldritch figures out that his best move is to take Eichorst out of the equation.
I hate his bitch ass.
Not sure if the Sixth Sense would qualify as horror... more thriller/suspense; but Hailey Joel Osmet did a pretty great job and wasn't really a character that I hated.

I recently met Robert Maillet, the guy who plays The Master. We discussed the show's (at the time) upcoming season and this was what he said, verbatim.
Who is this new lil boy? They fucked up bad changing kids like that, its one thing to deal with the visual change but he is a totally different kid personality wise as well. Just too much. I thought katts said season two pops off this shit is just like season one. I'll wait...

I gave up on Falling Skies during season 1. Moon Bloodgood and stupid children ran me away. I downloaded and watched both ballers and the last ship. I actually forgot about this, but not because the show is it good. I'll download this when I get home tomorrow
