Can't sleep, drunk as fuck, need some inspiration for a song I'm writing for my new band. Help me out. Tell me something that we should riot over in 2010. Best I can come up with is the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics that the poor are fighting mad about. So far I need about 1 1/2 more verses.

The song is called 2010 Riot. It's about my firm belief that in 2010 the city of Vancouver will fuck with its poor to the breaking point which will spark a massive riot, the likes of which haven't been seen in decades. I can sense that brewing here in Oakland as well. There's no way you can have a bread line on one block and million dollar condos across the street, especially when those condo's used to be the homes of the people in the line or the factories they worked in. People are getting pissed. It's bad enough to get forced into squalor. It's even worse when the people who put you there originally are now eying what little you have because they think there's a profit to be made.
It's good advice, but I wonder how much of a factor gas is when most of the remaining people who can afford it have been cowed to the point that one minor legal indiscretion could have them walking that same bread line.
