Agreed. I was ready to punch Butler in the face earlier but give him all the credit in the world for this game plan and their shutting down of Julio Jones. Did a great job of mixing up pressure and their seemed to be no communication issues. L.J. Fort did a great job filling in for Vince Williams, and T.J. Watt was a fuckin beast. No it won't. Burfict tries some stupid shit they will kick him out without hesitation. It'll just be another football game. Should be a good one. No more hard hitting than any other game. They keep fucking up the rules and changing shit so it won't be real football. They'll be 7 penalties that will piss us off on both sides of the ball so much we'll wanna turn that shit off. Steelers linebacker T.J. Watt was fined $20,000 for his roughing-the-passer penalty on Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan, according to a source.
Watt told reporters Friday he was going to appeal the fine. Watt’s penalty was one of two that caused Steelers coach Mike Tomlin to speak out after the game about the state of officiating in the league. Tomlin was fined $25,000for his critical comments.
Watt stumbled after being blocked by Atlanta right tackle Ryan Schraeder and came in low after Ryan released a pass. Watt barely touched Ryan’s lower body, but referee John Parry threw a flag.
