The focus is constantly on what the Cavs need to do to stop the Warriors, and while the Warriors are the obvious favorite, there's no guarantee Curry is going to keep shooting like he is, Thompson had a half of a good game in the WCF so far, if the Rockets can extend the series another game or 2, that would benefit the Cavs as it would give them more time to rest and heal.
Truthfully, I love the confidence the Cavs are playing with right now, LeBron has full confidence in his teammates, he's saying the right things to the media to increase their confidence and trust in HIM even more, and Kyrie with some rest may be at least 85-90 percent.
IF JR and/or Shumpert are hitting the outside shot, then you have Curry one on one more with Kyrie, because whoever is on LeBron can't help, and You have to keep bodies on Thompson and Mosgov or they will kill you in the post. LeBron may very well cause a few of the Warriors regulars into foul trouble, in addition to his normal production, and Mosgov may very well outplay or at least cancel out Bogut.
For me, this series is won or lost by the benches, and GS has the stronger bench, BUT the Cavs are getting rest right now. If the Cavs bench can compete with GS's, not allow Livingston to run wild with the second unit, and the Cavs can get some servicable minutes from Dellavadova, Perkins, Miller or Jones, this series may be a LOT more competitive than people are assuming...
