Yep, They got to win 3 series in the West without home court advantage. It'll be interesting to see if the Clippers put up a fight tomorrow because if the series go 2-2, that's likely a 7 game series. Then they'll play the rested Rockets for possibly another 6-7 game series. They'll be damn near out of gas headed to GS to start that series.

well, I kind of knew going into the series that Golden State was going to win the series but I wasnt expecting a sweep, more like a 4-1 series win. New Orleans needs to address some issues this offseason but all in all still a good season for the Pelicans

That's what I'm trying to tell cats, it's not gonna be a cake walk for them. I still believe the Clippers will put up a fight, so will the Rockets. Their energy will be spent by the time they get to the Warriors.

When the Rockets won the Chip as a 6th seed, remember the playoff format for the first round was only 5 games. So it would be history for the Spurs as a 6th seed to win the Championship in the current 7 game format every series.

They are well balanced, but they are a jump shooting team like many others in the west. If they have cold quarters, then that allows the opponent to stay in the game. Their lack of low post scoring is compensated by the fact they hit 3s and fast break points.

Golden state is not going to sweep Memphis. That's going to be a tough out for them.

Howard, Gasol, Randolph, Duncan, Aldridge are all big men in the west they will have to address at some point.

They def have the back court advantage, but other teams have inside. It's all about how can make their advantages work for them the best.

What about inside scoring and post defense? What happens when the 3s arent falling and the game is slowed down?

It should concern them that they only managed to beat a 8th place team- thats only in the postseason because of countless OKC injuries- by an average of 7 points a game. 2 of which could have gone the other way.
