Now examine the eloquence that Roger uses. T-Pain wants to fuck. Roger wants to "be her man" which of course comes with fucking privledges. To further make my point, take Roger's lyrics and vocal arrangement and picture a strong vocalist like Maxwell or Johnny Gill or Jaheim singing it. It fits with other vocalists. Its a good song. Now do the same with T-Pain. Not happening. He's not of the caliber of the songwriters in the industry who sell hits that have cover potential. The greatest thing for a sogwriter is to have lots of people cover the song they wrote. "Bartender" ain't gonna cut it.

You got it all wrong. Those two songs are to completely different scenarios. T Pain is writing about what goes on inside the Club. T Pain writing about the club was excellent. Anyone that has grab a chick from the club can agree with what T Pain was talking about. That song was very respectful for woman because he approached her in a gentlemen way at the club. They had fun
Roger's song was geared towards a relationship. 99% of men don't go to Club looking for a relationship so those types of lyrics in "buy you a Drank" would not fit the concept of the song. A well written song is when you can vision being at the place the song writer is expressing.
This is the new Single that was produced and written by T Pain for Chris Brown. For those that say he has no talent Pain is a BEAST on the boards. Also in this single Chis Brown is using the Vocoder effect also. Pain will most likely be having another #1 hit on the charts.

People cannot see themselves nor what they do 99% of the time. With no actual structure or base within themselves, they'll fall for the first thing presented to them. Then when a challenges poses different, they'll rationalize their reasoning with even more mediocrity. This post going onto 7 or 8 pages already proves that. Half of BGOL has already shown what they are worth here, so take it for what it is and learn from it.
