you have to be a complete idiot to think T Pain voice on some songs were not enhanced. It was done on purpose to get that certain sound.

T Pain can sing. On his 1st album he only used the Voice software on 1 song and that was sprung. Now t Pain is not the greatest singer by no means. He is like the new Kieth Sweat who can carry a note but his production and song writing is so hot until everything he touches is a hot song.

I like you Freaky! Your hate for the south is unbiased. Singers, rappers, producers...next it will be the cooks or something like that.

On the real though...If you can't listen to any T-Pain record and tell that his voice is altered you slow. It's part of his act. That whole "I can't sing so I'm using this computer, but I write hot ass songs" thing has been him since day one. Hell the name of his first album was "Rappa Ternt Singa". First song he said about ten times "I can't sing ya'll".

The thing is he doesn't hide it. Dude showed you that whenever he went off pitch that's when you got that "T-Pain/broke man Roger Troutman" effect.

How many times do you hear that "effect" during a T-Pain song?

Wait a fuckin min it!! Did you ever go to a Cameo or a Roger Troutman & Zapp concert? Have you ever heard/seen either of them do a live performance from back in the day? Roger Troutman could sing, play guitar and bass. And Cameo as a group was one of the best I've ever seen.
