An election or survey wouldn't be a bad way to gather member input on the mods, but I'd understand if HNIC didn't want to do that. As I understand it he runs this site as a business, into which he has invested considerable resources and time. With him being the only one with anything significant to loose if everything fails, he likely feels his vision and priorities for the business must take precedent in its operation.

From my personal perspective, finding out their is a mostly silent/lurking white mod that has been thought by some to be have been racist in the past was a little daunting for me. I can't easily describe how I feel about it in a sentence or two, but I guess if it really gets to me I'll most likely just vote with my feet.

At one point I know it was the largest website for exclusively homemade ebony porn. It was a wild ride, got to do some cool things I know one of our commercials we actually had yo gotti on and we used his hit "5 star chick" for the music on the commercial and it was the first time anyone had heard the song. All in all very lucrative business to be in but in the end, the liabilities with dealing with porn pushed me out.

It's very easy when your in that sort of business for people that are jealous of your success to paint you in a bad light because of the nature of the business.
