I'm all for the earn your vote when deciding which democrat will represent us, once it is down to a Republican and a dem, most times the dem will be the better candidate. I've voted republican in the past, in fact this past election I voted for all dems and one republican, but right now senate and house Republicans are just rubber stamping whatever it is Trump wants so he doesn't paint a target on them. So they need to go. Governors oversee redrawing the districts, so right now we need dem govs to make sure they are done fairly.

good point - the dems are not the solution; but if you don't like the field then find someone you do like to run or write-in Malcom X. at least then you send the message to the dems that your constituency matters . as it is, if you don't vote you don't exist and that power is wasted
