IFM is a subsidiary of Feck NL which is headquartered in the Netherlands, but the site content is Australian. I think less than 3% of the Australian population is non-white (somebody correct me on that) so the demographics are all wrong for any kind of multi-ethnic appreciation. It's gaining popularity, but I don't think it'll ever be a GREAT showcase for varying ethnicities. At the very least and in the meantime, I think it's awesome that the woman are always unfettered and real with the experiences they share.
