Hey Ech.. whats the gif and screen shot programs you use?... I'm looking to start to upload some stuff myself.

For the GIFs I use Adobe Media Encoder. It came with my CS4 Master Suite. It will convert any format you can play. I don't know if you can find it as a standalone, but look around the board if you're interested. I've seen others dropped around here to that seem pretty easy to use as well.

For the contact sheet, I use Video Thumbnails Maker No registration required, easy to use, and hella customizable.
