As a 40 year old man, I realize the keys to getting quality women are as follows:

1. Continue to improve yourself physically, to the point you can fuck like a teenager.

2. Adopt a non-bullshit stance on everything.

3. Continuing education and professional development.

Facebook I won't even get a real one. Why? If I want you to know what I'm doing I'll call you. The only thing I like on Facebook are the pages/pictures people make for their pets. I could care less about the humans for real. Puppies and kittens I luvs!
