Not really, might not want anybody looking in their car via windows... gives that much less visibility.
And some alarms have motion sensors that go off if anything within the confines of the cab moves. I think it's cool and would hardly ever put my top up if I had a 'vert.

Still, the windows being up could still have something to do w/ the alarm. Like, maybe the motion sensor wouldn't go off if there was movement in the window (like an arm reaching in), but it would go off if someone had to reach over the windows all the way down to the seat (ain't nobody arms that long, so their body movement would trigger).
I'm just saying, I've seen it on old Cutlass'. Nissan's... blah
There is 1 answer to that question and 2 case.
