I mean come on, NO ONE made the rolls you did or cooked a duck like that crispy and juicy. Your chicken was filets, not processed nuggets. Your curry was golden, not brown. My sushi was not processed crab, it was the real shit. The instant udon I get from the store had more flavor than the one I got from you.

I got 5 more pounds to lose then I'm about to bulk up the muscle. Trying to get to a decent 205 lbs 7 or 8 percent body fat.

This might be my inner Texan in me, but it sounds like you are castrating him with the "no football" stance. Well, football down here is as religious as being a Baptist... I said let the boy play football. Hell, he can get hurt playing around at the house faster than anything on that field. Plus, its an excellent anger management tool.
But, that's just me...
Looking around at the women at my job...I'm starting to notice that most of the older women look way better than the younger woman...Hell a few of the older WHITE women got nicer asses than a few of the BLACK women...

Ugh, I am so not into talking about weight right now. I think if I don't take some quick action my job is going to kill me. I believe I've put on at least ten pounds since I started working...
